Customer Experience at its Best!!!!!! Specsavers Rosebank

The best Specsavers i have been too since my journey with specsavers. The staff are the most friendliest and patient staff. The give special attention to customers that walks in. Sean Philip De Kock and Cherise Prithipal does the most thorough checks and shows so much passion in what they do. Its the first specsavers that does so many eye tests and makes sure its thorough and still educating their patients in simple language for them to understand. The tell you what they going to do, when they going to do it and why they doing it. When they going to to test your eyes they tell you how to sit and if they taking it away they tell you. They make you comfortable and always wipes their machines before the next patient uses it. They clear when explaining their processes and makes sure you understand them. You guys with your staff are truly the best!!!!!!!! Will recommend Rosebank to everyone I know........
