CORNUBIA BRANCH ROCKS ...

I would like to commend Spec – Savers Cornubia for the outstanding service they provide there customers. I first contacted Spec – Savers Phoenix for an appointment for my 10year old daughter. And was told the next available appointment was in 7months – I was horrified with that reply. They are completely rude and unprofessional they couldn’t even provide an explanation for their delayed appointments . I then contacted Spec-Savers Cornubia , they gave me an appointment within 2 DAYS {I was so Surprised }, the staff was friendly , professional. When we finally had our appointment the Optometrist, he was amazing , he took his time , explained each step to us . Turns out my daughter had a more serious issue , the necessary was done by the staff . In term of appointments to the specialist , follow up calls. I cannot explain how amazing SPEC –SAVER CORBUBIA has been to us. I would like to especially thank FATIMA , you are a true asset to your company , and I hope they recognise that . Your sense of care and professionalism is instantly seen . {WELL DONE}, maybe go show Phoenix Plaza how it’s done , and the true meaning of customer care and service , they lack training and is completely clueless. Please keep up the awesome job you guys are doing at Cornubia, My daughter gets her specs today . #Happy Mom
