Contact lenses order

I went to spec saver Maponya mall in 13 December 2022 and got an eye test, I clearly told them that I want contact lenses as I do not like spectacles, it was said that they will order them for me, a month goes by and I send an email asking if the contact lenses haven't arrived? I am told to come by, I set an appointment. I get to the appointment 15minutes earlier to meet the lady Celiwe then I waIted for her for over an hour as she had a lapse on her appointments. She gets to fit me the lenses, they are a wrong fit and promises to contact me as soon as the right ones get to their office. 5 months later even now, it is the 28th of June 2023, they still have not contacted me to come by, they are ***********, I do not know if it is because they not making a sale out of this or what but I have never came across such poor quality service in my life.
