Conned your Client

Condition: The muscles of eyes are strained lately causing them to be really puffy, tired looking, blood shot and painful, yet it doesn't give me a headache as per the norm. <br> <br> I'm quickly hurried into observation, I tell the specialists about my eyes condition and she request to look at my glasses, I asked her if she would mind sending it in for cleaning and said it's not a problem, I had to repeat this request 4 times. You know, when you clean glasses at an optometrist you buff out the glass, replace the nose pieces and then return the glasses with a nice new cleaning cloth and sometimes a case, know what your store did? Wiped it off with a cloth and went done, like I haven't been doing that myself? And you call yourself Professionals. <br> <br> The specialist doesn't tell me anything about the cause for my eyes condition or the glasses condition which is what I came in for them to look at, no just present me with a quotation for new glasses (4K, don't worry at least you get a free pare of sunglasses). If your knowledge only goes as far as being a dummy that is only able to perform routine eye tests, please let me know upfront so as not to waste my time and money. <br>
