Complaint Regarding Service at Quagga Pretoria (West Park) Branch

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received today at your Quagga Pretoria branch in West Park. I visited the store hoping to get assistance with arranging new glasses. However, upon arriving at the branch, the staff members were engaged in their own conversations and did not acknowledge or attend to me. I waited for assistance, but unfortunately, no one offered to help. I eventually left the store feeling ignored and very disappointed. As a customer, I expect a welcoming and professional environment, especially from a well-known brand such as Spec-Savers.
