Complaint

<p>In December I booked in my spectacle at Spec-Savers in Promenade Mitchells plain for a repair i was informed that it would cost me R130 to get my spectacles fixed . On the 17/01/2017 went to Spec-Savers st George Mall to get the arm tighten , i was then inform that the arm was just glued onto my specs , i am not happy with this due to the fact the lady that assisted me literally took the arm back off if i didnt go this would have cost me again , now i had to order me a new arm and its costing me again money.</p> <p>The services i paid for has turned out to be very poor.</p> <p>This service is very pathetic .</p>
