Complaint

Good day<br> <br> I am a customer/client @ specsaver bank city branch and their service is really bad. I went there 2013 got my spectacles with them and a pair didnt fit properly and took it back. the whole of last year i have been going to them asking them when wil they get stock and everytime i am told a different story of not having stock or what i like. it is now 2014 and they have not said a thing about me getting my spectacle and i paid and dont owe them. i am very upset and not happy with them. The lady that works there (Kgolo) is her name she is now giving me an attitude and really that is not good.<br> <br> Regards<br> Linda
