Client services sucks

For the past 3 months I have been back and forth with specavers Somerset Mall. I had new glasses made in September last year. Approximately 3 months ago my specticials broke and I took it back to them. I constantly had to follow up with them as to what is happening. First they were looking for the part in order to repair my specs. There after I had to call them yet again and was told they can't find the part and will replace my glasses. On 13th May 2018 I went into the store to choose my frame and was told someone from there office will be contacting me the next day, I left the store. Todate, no one has made contact with me.
