Clicks clubcard points false advertising

I visited Spec Saver Clearwater in January 2020, upon getting all my tests done and so forth. I provided my Clicks Clubcard details as I aware of the points I would receive. Everything was done and paid for but yet I never received my Clubcard points, everytime I call Nthabileng I get told to check and call back next week?

Surely there is a problem here? Perhaps staff are loading the Clubcard points onto their own personal cards? Whatever the issue is please can this be sorted as I would like the benefit which Spec savers and Clicks promote but seem not to fulfill. False advertising.... Surprisingly enough I swipe my Clicks Clubcard at Engen garages and receive my points the next day???
