children appointments

I was trying to make an appointment for my 7 year old son. But apparently spec savers does not see children over weekends only during the week. Kolonade branch only see kids on a tuesday and thursday at 8 in the morning if you cant make those times than its charged to the medical aid. I was planning on doing it through the medical aid but then found out even if its through the medical aid they still dont help on weekends. Menlyn branch only sees children on a tuesday and thursday. I was told by menlyn branch that all the other clients can stay out of work to get an appointment so why cant I. I have called numerous branches trying to get help but no help received. I am so dissapointed in spec savers service. I will never encourage people to go there ever.
