Child have a right to good sight service

The service received from Florida Spec savers was very terrible. Not to mention the fact of being trapped into a sale and ending up losing money due to what they say is cancelation fee. Spec saver needs to follow up on their employees customer service and start holding them accountable for poor service they provide to their customers. I had never felt this ****** from a transaction like this before
