Charges 3 times the price of other leading Optomet

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received at Woodmead Branch of Specsavers. The quote that I received for a pair of single vision glasses, with coating and thinning of lenses with a frame is R7700????? The frame is only R990????? I have got a quote in writing from one of your major competitors and it is a THIRD of the price???!! I have left a message for the manager to call me over 10 days ago and she hasn't bothered to call. Just to note that I have called to speak to her in that time but she can't speak to me?? Then left another message, still waiting. Absolutely disgusted.
