Can’t see just zoom in the screen

My fiancé went in to spec savers Menlyn go test her eyes, when we walked into the shop we were met with the most unfriendly service, we were a disruption to their day and not the reason. The lady Maggie was super rude she was not helpful and full of attitude the doctor Samuel oh my word, my fiancé went in for the eye test she kept telling him she can’t see he adjusted the lenses and when she could t see what did he do? Change the lenses? NOOOO he zoomed in on the screen like where have you ever? She kept telling him I can’t see he then later told her don’t worry it will be sorted out when the test was done she asked him what’s her prescription now and he said the same... now please please tell me how on earth can her prescription be the same when she can’t see a meter away from her? When she asked him how he said her glasses are old and scratched. How can her prescription be the same when she couldn’t see durning the eye test? I spoke to him and he said it needs to be on a six and she could see the 6 I looked at him and told him she cannot see with the glasses she has now but you want me to pay R2000 for her have the same prescription? We then go to the front Maggie was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with we asked her why the prescription is more expensive than the quote we got from Kolenade, she clicked her tongue rolled her eyes and said Menlyn and kolenade have different prices, I told her impossible as spec savers is a chain brand. The doctor added blue TEC to her glasses without discussing it when we told Maggie to please just add anti glare as we cannot afford R800 per lense for the blue TEC she clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes again when we asked for the sunglasses to please be polarized she said it will be R500 extra I then asked her did the prices go up becuase two weeks ago she then rolled her eyes again made some changes on the screen where I was unable to see what she was doing and then ta-da the polorized is magically R399? Rudest service of my life and now they want us to pay for the eye test even though my fiancé can’t see? Pathetic
