Canal walk spec savers

Spec savers canal walk is absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend it to anyone especially if you know what you want. Their aim is to make a sale and that is it. I came in knowing what I wanted but in the end had to call the other spec savers myself and organising my own frame because of incompetence at that store. Do not recommend at all!!! I filed a complaint but yet to receive a call from a consultant, smh…
