Can't see myself using Spec-savers again

First off my wife was told that her glasses would be ready the same week as she didn't have a spare set. That never happened and we ended up waiting 2 weeks for the glasses to arrive. Secondly they gave us an amount that we needed to pay and I paid this in full on the day of our visit. Later they came back with an additional bill, which just shows that the admin is up to maggots. After paying the additional bill my wife was harassed by Wiseman, and the emails he sent were just plain unprofessional. To cap it all off, my wife has a hard time to focus with the glasses provided to her. Did these optometrists ever really qualify to do what they do or did they buy their qualification on the side of the road?
