Bundles of trouble

Went for eye test and frames at Specsavers Bothasig and paid in cash. Medical aid said at the time I could do this and claim it back. the claim was rejected because Spec savers used a tariff bundle promotion. Medical aid needed spec savers to unbundle in order to refund me...which Specsavers bothasig flatly refused. Once they get your money, they don't care So, I'm Never going back there again and will recommend to all I come in contact with to never go there.
