Brilliant service at Specsavers, Midlands Mall, PMB

I bought a pair of glasses from Specsavers two years ago. Twice I had to take them back for repairs to Specsavers at Midlands Mall (damage from my side), and twice I was assisted by friendly staff who sorted the problem out at no charge. AWESOME SERVICE!!!
