Brilliant employee

I think that Specsavers has a valuable eployee. The lab got my glasses wrong. They put on anti-glare instead of the climate-eyes I asked for. I was quite displeased and stressed that it was quite torturous to be without my glasses. She went out of her way to make sure that there would be a minimum waiting period for my lenses to be fixed.
