Brackenfell Specsavers

Good Morning. I am extremely upset with difficulty of getting spectacles for myself and daughter. we went for eye tests , myself, daughter and son of 8 years old and they actually charged me for my sons eye test, but they advertised that it is free. This was his very first time going for an eye test. What a huge disappointment. Then they also advertise buy one get one free, but some how I still end up paying in/ This is absolute bull ****. My overall saving for Optical was about R7000, slightly over. All i have left was about 4725.00. They are not even willing to assist me. I have asked for motivation, they sent me results. I am really angry. I've asked the lady to please work within my benefits and see how you can accommodate me. This was the managers response. "Good morning, Keshia We must try to keep everything within medical aid and do the discount and not the sunglass promo. For Jesse spectacles would advise to stick to single vision lenses". I have lost hope for us that require these spectacles, but all they worried about is their money, and how the can just take from our medical aid, not where they are able to actually help us.
