Booking app does not work for kids eye test booking with no resolution
I have been trying to book an appointment for my 11 year old daughter since November 2024 with no luck. I need an eye test however the booking process unbearable with the same message being displayed " booking unsuccessful ". I called various spec saver stores and also went to 2 stores with no assistance. I want to use this benefit for my daughter and take her for an eye test before 15 January 2025. Please assist as I have been patient with no help

These appointments are subject to availability, and due to the high demand for this offer, these timeslots fill up quickly.
