Blown away- just the right attitude to treat customers

My daughter needed to change her spectacles and we went to the Glen Spec Savers. Upon arrival we met a very friendly and helpful team of ladies. An appointment for the eye test was secured in minutes and a tour of choosing the frames started. I was very impressed by the level of patience, understanding, engagement and insight of Nolonwabo. She handled herself with poise and did not shy away from asking if my daughter was ok with her making an effort to choose a favorable or suitable frame. The day of the test also went very smooth with satisfying explanations from Monica who did the test. Once again the navigation to finalize the choice of frame started without any pressure but more support from the staff. Finally, a choice was made and the specs were ready in less than 7 days. Brilliant work ethic and delivery was even more impeccable. The general staff has a light heartedness and a friendly attitude towards customers. This is a winning formula in my books. Big ups guys, keep on keeping on. I cannot wait to come back just say a hello. 2 years for the next set of specs maybe too far!
