I have experienced consistently slow service at Lakeside Mall, despite there being more than five consultants on standby. On multiple occasions, I have observed questionable billing practices where they appear to maximize claims from medical aids—starting with lower prices and then adding numerous additional charges.

Recently, I ordered contact lenses, which I have used for some time. However, they insisted I see an optometrist for a consultation, seemingly to justify charging an extra consultation fee. While some of us may have issues with our eyesight, we are certainly not blind to these practices.

As the founder of Dea Valli for Life and Dea Valli for Justice, I find this conduct unacceptable and *********. I urge Lakeside Mall’s management to address these issues and ensure fair treatment for all customers. Get your act together!
