Billed without using the service

On Tuesday the 9th I got an email from my medical aid showing that R2000.00 was claimed by Spec savers so I went to their Highlands mews branch which is where I got my spectacles three weeks ago.I was told that a reversal was done and that they would send me the email they sent requesting a reversal.I am still waiting!!!!!I was told this all happened because whoever it is that I unintentionally presented with spectacles shares the same surname!!!!!! I guess even the ID number and initials match.It was my picture on the ID copy made and filed,did somebody forget to verify this small but crucial detail?At Vorster and Blom this would never have happened,next I will wait until they are open no matter how desperate I am.They are small but they are THE BEST.
