Be careful about customer service at Spec-Savers at Mall at Reds Branch, hope is not racially motivated

Spec - Saver - the Mall at Reds branch I did my specs with them and paid for almost R 5000, included was Scratch-Resistant, 3 weeks later the lenses had scratches. I submitted them for the so-called analysis and I was told that it will take 14 days. I have been calling them from day 7 since am partially blind and asked them to mark them as urgent. Meaning I depend 100% on spectacles to do everything The response that I am getting is that the spectacles might be delivered after a month, that is after next week Thursday.
