BE AWARE FOR THIS PATHETIC ADMIN NIGHTMARE

I am really disgusted with the pathetic service from SPEC SAVERS CENTURION. I contacted them 2 weeks ago about the order of my glasses. They explained that it was submitted through the medical aid and that I should only pay R380. Later that day I contacted them again in order to cancel the medical aid submission and that I rather pay it myself in cash. The lady then told me that my glasses was cancelled and now I am getting the following email: Please be advised that your account is long overdue and is in the process of being Handed Over for collection. I don't even know for what reason??? Their ADMIN is up to **** and I want everybody out there to be careful for this false adverti*****ts. I will publish SPEC SAVERS ONCE A MONTH on HELLO PETER.
