Be a bit more patient

Great service from Portia at the reception. Super helpful and patient. Friendly optometrist also. Where I would like to give constructive feedback is that I felt my optometrist rushed me a bit where I had to choose between visuals I could see best. Some were a close match and I needed to be sure. I am paying 3300 from my hard worked money. You may do 20 tests a day but please remember I only get to do this once a year and I need to get it right., 😉 I was even told if it takes too long a new appointment would have to be scheduled making me feel as if I'm being punished even though I did not go over my time. In a world that is very nasty please show some patience. You don't know my state of mind when I come in to just get a new pair of specs. We all have our struggles we need to deal with. So be patient and kind. I thought about it for a couple of days before posting this.
