Bate and Switch don't trust them.

this is such a bate and switch. in order to book for the kids eye test you have to do it online, they refuse to do it at the store. when you go online it is fully booked for the next 8 weeks at all branches in Pretoria and it wont allow you to book appointments beyond 8 weeks. miraculously, when you say you are willing to pay for yourself to be tested at the same time as your kid then there are suddenly lots of available spaces. is is outright promising a "service" for good press but not being willing to actually follow through on it.

Good day, Roberto.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us.

We completely understand your frustration and are truly sorry for the difficulty you’ve had booking under our Kids Right to Good Sight initiative. Unfortunately, the free slots are subject to availability and can fill up quickly, which may be why you’re seeing branches listed as fully booked. Our booking system allows parents to schedule their appointments with their child’s. This option provides a convenient way for the parent to manage their eye care in one visit, ensuring that everyone’s vision needs are addressed. When booking for your child, you’ll see the option to add yourself to a joint appointment if you’d like a check-up too. This makes it easier for families to stay on top of eye health together!

Warmest regards
The Spec-Savers Team
