Bad service when you least expect or need it!

My frameless spec's one holding pin broke so took it to Specsavers whom I had bought it from for repairs. I brought my old specs with as the frame was identical and asked them to replace the centre pieces which is actually a 10 minute job having the correct tools. They were weary of doing it themselves so told me that they would send it to the lab on Monday morning and I would have it back on the next day, Tuesday. I also explained that I could not see too well without them so would not be able to drive to work etc. Surprise that today is Friday and I still do not have my specs back and no word from Specsavers! I know where I will not be purchasing specs for the family in future!
