Bad service rather use other service providers

My issue is with Spec Savers, Mall @ Carnival Brakpan. The word service do not exist there. 1. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my glasses and still do not have it, even though my medical aid already paid for it!!! 2. Their phones have not been working for weeks and still does not, apparently 3. Spec Savers are more expensive than any other provider I know and I only used them for convenience and was hoping to get service.

Professional = not at all Friendly = What is that? Service = does not exist
