Bad service from specsavers head office

First of all Specsavers Oudtshoorn staff is absolutely wonderful for them I will give a 5 star. But for the head office only 2 stars actually 1. I want for my 2 yearly eye testing and glasses. Evrytime it is difficult to find glasses that fits me nicely. In this case I couldn't find one and saw glasses on a table try it and it looks beautiful just to hear it is a demo and out of stock. I phoned head office to find out why they cannot just give it a barcode.(they did have one because the were sold out) and then I can buy that frame. But it looks like it is too difficult for them because I am still waiting on a answer. I really expect more of specsavers
