Bad Service from Olympus Store

Good day,

Mid September I decided to visit the Olympus store for an eye exam. I waited for almost 2 weeks to get trials for contact lenses. When they eventually arrived they were not a correct fit for me most blurry. I emailed the store with no answer I called a few times with no success. When it was eventually answered I shared my concerns. I received an email about a new brand ordered for me me. I also received a text on how to not mix up the left and right contacts. I went to pick up the “ different brand “ and it was the same issue blurry and the lady at reception gave me a lecture on how I shouldn’t mix them up. I emailed again and never got a response. I went to the store only for the Dr. to let reception to sell me eye drops to help with incorrect prescription. I refused and I was offered an appointment in 4 days because no one cares that I have to start with exams and travel out of town. I refused because it’s almost 2 months but spec savers Olympus doesn’t seem to care about this issue. I now lost my money and I now have to look for another optometrists who will not care more about up selling but a correct prescription. This is the second time spec savers is doing this to me, it seems as if I have to always loose my money hence I refused glasses until I get correct contact lenses. I felt something was off from the begging with their prices not clearly explained but instead of giving me a breakdown all I had was “ the price has a discount “
