Bad service from Both the branch and Spec-Savers SA.

I have contacted Spec-Savers SA regarding my dissatisfaction about one of their branches... Response was immediately as usual "please provide us with your contact details and the branch you visited, so we can help" No contact has been made. I keep asking them every day when they are planning to contact me... The answer is" we apologise we will contact you soon" This was a complaint about wrong prescription glasses... Totally wrong that I couldn't not see anyone in the office when I went to collect them. NB : I have been on prescription glasses for more than 20 years and am not that blind yet. ....
