Bad service
I got my glasses from specsavers cornubia mall Durban after a year and a half the frame handles just fell out I went to specsavers in Grove Mall Windhoek the lady in the front said my glasses got a two year warranty she ask for the proof which I went and give them they contacted cornubia mall Durban and they said there is no warranty on my glasses because it was COVID time "what a joke" please people be careful of specsavers they rob people the quality of their glasses are pathetic!!!!!!!!

No one called me and again received bad service from spec savers Grove mall Windhoek made payment on warranty of glasses 17 may was told it would take 2 weeks I still didn't receive it pathetic service please people be aware that spec savers don't give the service they promise via the media never ever will I use them again I will also advice my family and friends not to use spec savers what a shame!!!!!!!
