Bad service

We used the specsavers in Cradlestone mall Gauteng, from the start we had problems. They charged us a lot of money we don't have medical aid. My husband complained that there is something wrong with his glasses when they investigate they found that the lenses was inside out. I paid for the best bifocals just to find out that was actually the bottom of the range. My lenses wasn't clear they said that I must get used to it, but I found out from my new optometrist that I have the bottom of the range bifocals and that my lenses wasn't right. I had to do my glasses al over again, again at a huge cost. This is very unprofessional!!!
