Bad service

I will never ever do specs through you again Firstly it took long and secondly you do t keep your promise to call me to advise why it's taking so long. I am still waiting since End November and it already the 9 January for glasses that was suppose to take 14 days. Pathetic service....you are not your name worth . I made 2 pairs of specs and only received one pair last week. Only because I had to go in and find out for myself what's happening. The manager Tebogo at Southgate doesn't even call when he said he will. Today the 9th January he said he was gonna call me as the second pair of glasses was faulty, he didn't call me at all
