Bad service at Spec Saver Boulders

So I went at Spec Saver Boulders for my glasses, I received the glasses that was beautiful, 1 month later my glasses broke and I was told to bring them. I paid the excess about, then later received the glasses but they did not have a tint. I then took back the glasses to Spec Saver Boulders in Midrand , I was sold they made a mistake because I did not pay for tint. Like I was never told the tint I received was for free or mistake with my first glasses. Now I am told my glasses won't be tinted , I need to pay for it. I feel I deserve the same product as last time. At the end we all learn from our mistake.
