bad service and want the manager or owner of the store to deal with this ASAP

I went to specsaver in sunny park mall in pretoria on the 26th of November 2017 looking for a frame for my lenses. I was assisted by the guy called Musa who told me after an hour that he is struggling to feed the lenses into the frame and he will courier the glasses to me the next day and he will call me before he courier it but unfortunately I had to call using my own resources from Monday until Friday(today) every time I called them to query the whereabout of my glasses all I get was that he will call me back from Monday till today I still do not know what is happening. The service is poor to an extent that today when I called them as furious as I was the consultant kept laughing at me like I am stupid. I have fully paid for the frames and now I am taking the matter further as I have been treated like nothing.
