Bad Service and poor product

I went to randfontein Tambotie malfor new prescrilption glasses in February. The lady offered me 2 pairs of glasses. I told her that my sun glasses is built-in my prescription glasses.and that is what I preferred. At that moment load shedding started and she told me it will be round about R780+. The next day they called me and said it will be R780 per lens and I will come and pay it. I send my daughter on Sunday to make a payment. After 2 weeks I collect my glasses and realize it does not tint. The Saturday I went there to query it but the lady said to me she must refer it to the lady that assisted me and will comeback to me. That did not happen. I went again during the week and was told the lady dont work their anymore and she did not charge me for the tint. I explain to the lady that I was quote for a tint and it's not my problem if they worker done the incorrect thing. She told me she world refer to the owner and will contact me. After 2 weeks I received a e-mail.from them stating that they did did not bill me for that. This is not fair and they want to treat me like a **** after was specific with my order. I need my glasses tint or I will take this matter to the ombudsmen if it's necessary.
