bad service and almost got eye infection worse

Hi, I am really worried about the people who go and get help at at Spec-Savers . i went there with my wife and the guy that was consulting her did not do a proper diagnoses and when we went back to complaint he looked in her eye as she was standing in the shop! that was so unprofessional and unexpected for real. And i cannot stand this and just keep quiet. we must report such . this are not free services, we pay for it and deserve good service in return
