BAD SERVICE

Dear Hellopeter,<br> <br> I would like to report Spec Savers in Maponya Mall. Early this year in March I went there for spectacles and I got a quote which I signed and there was a special offer but then I was not called to come collect my spectacles and I went there twice without getting any assistance because they couldn't find my file and they said the person who was assisting me was not in the office. Then the third time I found the lady who then told me that my spectacles were sent back and she apologised and told me that she was new. Then she asked me to choose another frame bcos I had already done the eye test which I did and I was told that I will pay something like R500 or so which will not be paid by Medical Aid. Today I am called in the office by Mmathapelo telling me to come collect my spectacles and I must with R1200 or so and I am telling her I don't have it now she tells me that they will list me. I don't appreciate that at all. Specsavers has not been professional. if they couldn't find me on my phone they could have sent me an e-mail. They always send me their promotions on my e-mail and now they tell me this. I do not appreciate this.
