Bad service
Very bad customer service... In the beginning of the year January to be exact when my medical aid funds kicked I took my wife to Spec Savers Canal Walk they were very nice and quick to help us they called the medical aid and told us all will be covered the medical aid will pay for the specs out our saving. In August I get a sms saying I owe them R499 a week later I get another sms to say I'm being handed over to the attorneys. I went in to them to enquire asked for a statement they could not show me the outstanding balance on the account just that I owed them and I should pay it... How can I pay a bill an you can't even show me that is what I need to pay, didn't even have the decincy to call me and explain why and what was happening to my account. This is how these businesses want to bully their customers when they could just have called made me understand but they want threaten me with attorneys. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
