Bad service

Brits Mall Specsavers are more expensive than other places around, there service are not the best - pick up the glasses and don’t even ask to put the glasses on to see if it fits and if you ask about that the answer was given come back next week! Really why is this lady working on a Saturday? It was not busy. The cherry on top is their printer is broken for more than 4 weeks no receipts or invoices can be print!
