Bad Service

I booked an appointment at Spec Saver Pinecrest for 9:30 today the 16.07.19, I got there and the receptionist took my medical aid card to confirm details with the medical aid, I waited while I was waiting a patient was taken in to see the doctor & I was asked to take a seat as the doctor was still busy with another patient, so I waited and at 10:00 a white lady came through and the receptionist apologized to her for the place being a mess due to renovations, while nothing was said to me when I arrived. At 10:20 the doctor was done with the patient and the white lady that came after me was asked to go in and I was told to wait & go after her as her appointment was at 10 and the doctor was running late with his appointments which did not make sense to me as my appointment was at 9:30 and already I had been waiting for 45 minutes.. I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor because I was late for work.. I'm very disappointed with the service I received and it's sad that even today a white person is still seen as more superior than a black person...
