Bad Service

I went in for an eye test, my eyes had apparently not deteriorated & I would need the same prescription as the glasses ive used for 2 years which I find weird but perhaps its not unusual. I called after a few days to confirm when ETA will be, I was told they dont have the correct medical aid on my name which was quite annoying because this is the information they request before doing anything which I gave but was suddenly not there. Called again & I was told they would be ready in 3 weeks, which I found ridiculous, I made a noise & was told they would push for the following week. On the Friday I called about 5 times each time I was told I would be called back but all 5 times I had to call & follow up. I was subsequently called on Saturday for collection , when I got there i waited for 15min & when I asked why I had to wait that long when I was told they were ready I was told that they need to fit the lens into the frame which takes a long time. I eventually left & was then called about 20 minutes later to be told oops the lens is too big everything needs to be redone. I am so upset ... I need these glasses im struggling to function & the treatment im getting is appalling.
