bad service

I'm very dissatisfied with specsavers the glen, I was there on the 1st August to get my eyes tested and to get glasses, firstly they didn't have much stock of frames that I liked and that I saw on your website, I was at the branch on Monday the 10th and they still didn't have my glasses they said they would find out what's going on Tuesday 11th I get a call my glasses will only arrive on the 19th because they coming from overseas???? that's what they tell me, well the glen branch is now closed for renovation and I must now liase with the maponya mall branch which i phoned yesterday I'm still waiting to hear from them about whats going on don't see why I must wait almost 24hrs for a call back surely they must know where there customers glasses/lenses and contacts must be, im sick and tired of getting the run around, they are very quick to bill my medical aid over R3000 for something I don't even have I'm very disgusted with this service why must I keep running around after specsavers when they have already been paid...the way I'm feeling they can refund my medical aid and I will go somewhere else I will never use specsavers in the future if this is what I must put up with.
