Bad service

On the 10th of Jan 2023,went to Spec-Savers in Mdantsane City to renew my glasses. They did my quotation and all however they didn't have nice frames nor did they have the free sunglasses promo. You had to add more money in order to receive sunglasses of the stock they had nonetheless, I ended up opting for just lenses. I was advised that they will be delivered at their store however, I must take the lenses and go at Oxford to have them installed in my current frame. On the 30th Jan, I received a message that stated my order is ready for collection, I went back at Spec-Savers on the following day to collect my lenses. The ladies did not even bother to check their systems nor track my order. They just said, no that text is wrong the lenses haven't arrived, when they arrive you will receive another text that will state to collect at Mdantsane. Shocked as, I was, I decided to leave and contained my anger. I have never waited for almost a month to receive my order at Spec - Savers, in fact at Pier 14,they always gave me the best experience ever. They contacted me few days ago to remind me about my glasses that needed to be changed. Unfortunately for me, I have left PE only to experience such a bad service let alone the fact that, I must take my lenses and go to Oxford Street myself to have them installed in my existing frame. I wish there was a way to cancel this order and go replace my glasses somewhere else. This is ridiculous and unacceptable
