BAD Service

I handed in my 5 year old daughter's prescription on 01/06/15. A suggestion was made by 1 of the ladies in the branch that the order for the lenses can be placed first and then I can be called to hand in her frame as it will only take 2 days to fit and my daughter will not have to be without her specs for long. I agreed and that's when the problem started. I contacted the branch on 15/06/15 and was told that I can bring in her frame and it will take about 2 days. On 17/06/15 I took in the frame and today is 23/06/15 and the feedback I'm getting from the branch is one excuse after the other from the lab. I was told that the lenses for her frame was to thick and that it had to be redone. I informed the lady that I spoke to, that it's totally unacceptable as my little girl is REALLY struggling to see. I requested that her \old frame"(as I ordered a second frame to prevent this from happening) be sent back to the branch so that she has a pair for school and I'll gladly wait for the 2nd pair to be completed.....I had to call them AGAIN and guess what"
