Bad Service!

<p>So my wife gets an ams from spec savers that we due for glasses. I then go through only to find out that they cannot get authorization from medical aid. Then I asked if we can go on Sunday and was told they open but don't do eye test. Then what's the point in being open on a Sunday??? This caused an inconvenience for me as I had to waste a trip which I will not receive the cost back. I would like a call from the business manager confirming if this is how spec savers operate!</p>
