Bad reaction to Dry hard contact lenses

Im writing this email with great distress. I visited one of your branches in Gauteng Specsavers Medicross krugersdorp in February 2018

An eye test was done and I ordered hard contact lenses since ive always been a hard contact lense wearer and a long loyal customer of Specsavers.

I received the new lenses, now my complaint and distress is that these lenses and excessively dry and my eyes are blood shot red. Ive had endless migraines and they are foggy. I've reported this on numerous occasions and requested that the material be changed to no avail.

I demanded that I get new lenses because im not coping. All ive been told by your store is to go to a specialist and I have, nothing is wrong with my eyes but these terrible lenses I was prescribed.

I've worn hard lenses for over 8years and I have never experienced such. Ive paid an exorbitant amount for these lenses and in return received poor and unprofessional service by your employees and store I demand this to be resolved because I've been sent from pillar to post spent unnecessary money on specialists because of your store and its failure to respect my health as a customer of many years and ive reached a point of disappointment and disgust.

I was given trial lenses which I've used for 4months with no success. I request this to be resolved immediately.
