Bad quality lenses, rude service, and way overpriced.

Spec-Savers Howick is by far the worst, they are rude and not helpful. For years Spec-Savers was sending me SMS messages saying that I can pay my glasses off monthly, and then in June 2022 when I wanted to do that, they said no I do not qualify.

Not only that, but the first time I got glasses in 2016, it was R1500 in PE, then in 2020 in Ballito it was R5000, then in 2022 in Howick, it is suddenly over R10,000! Not even 2 years later, these same glasses are now so scratched up and damaged that I can't see through them and I have taken good care of them by making sure to only use the correct lens spray and microfiber cloths for cleaning.

I want something to be done about the poor quality of material used to make lenses, how can I not see after only 2 years? If I am spending so much money then they better last me at least 4 years! I want replacement lenses free of charge.

My first pair was in perfect condition for over 4 years, so obviously the quality has declined drastically and the price has shot up astronomically!
